No. Sign-up is free and you pay only per job. Crew+ ($7.99/mo) is optional and removes the service fee.

How is the price calculated?

You see the job price plus a 10% service fee ($2.99 minimum, $14.99 cap) before you confirm. Jobs under $30 add a $2 small-job fee and late-night jobs are 1.25x. Tips go 100% to your helper.

Are helpers background-checked?

Helpers must pass an identity check and a background check before they get the Verified badge.

How fast will help arrive?

It depends on helpers near you. The app shows an estimated arrival before you confirm.

Is ShoulderCrew a replacement for 911?

No. In an emergency, danger or injury, call 911 first.

Can I earn money as a helper?

Yes. Helpers keep 80% of each job plus 100% of tips. Joining is free.
